(1) Where a contract includes services provided under State supervision,
such services shall be provided at the behest and under the responsibility of the Project
Owner or the Delegated Project Owner. In this case, the special administrative clauses
must specify the nature, method of payment on account and values of the various
elements that contribute to determining the payment price.
(2) The amount of works executed under State supervision referred to in (1) above
shall not exceed 2% (two percent) of the contract amount, inclusive of taxes.
