Re-export of goods and intra-Community transit In accordance with this article, Member States shall:
a) facilitate the re-export of goods among them in accordance with the Protocol
on the Re-export of Goods attached hereto as Annex III while awaiting the stage of establishment of the customs union;
b) grant freedom of transit through their territories to goods proceeding to or
coming from another Member State in accordance with the Protocol on Intra-
Community Transit attached hereto as Annex IV.
