For the purposes of the previous article, are considered to be individuals associated with a
member of the administrative or management committee under the terms of this article:
1) the spouse, first-degree relatives or first degree relatives of the spouse;
2) the individual to whom the member is related or the cooperative of individuals to whom
he is tied;
3) the legal entity which is controlled individually or collectively by the member, his
spouse or first-degree relatives;
4) The legal entity holder of at least ten per cent of voting rights conferred by shares issued
or at least ten per cent of such shares.
