the cancellation of the contract of the cooperative;

the decision of the members under conditions laid down for the amendment of the

the early dissolution pronounced by the competent court, at the request of one or several
members for just cause, particularly in the event of disagreement between
shareholderspreventing the normal operation of the cooperative;
- the effect of a judgment ordering the liquidation of the assets of the cooperative;
- For any other reasons stipulated in the articles.
