Unless otherwise provided by this Uniform Act, the union of more than two cooperatives shall
not be dissolved by voluntary or forced withdrawal, the liquidation of property ruled by a court
decision,by voluntary or forced dissolution of a cooperative member or by the withdrawal of
the agreement of such cooperative. It shall automatically continue among other members.
