The stated capital shall be fixed. However, it may be increased or reduced, for each typeof
company, under the conditions set forth in this uniform Act for the amendment of the articles of
association.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the firstparagraph, the capital may be variable pursuant to
conditions set forth in articles 269-1 et seq.hereinafter.
