P. 96 of 267 The articles of association freely organizethe procedures for the transferof the equity interests between members. Failing this, the transferof equity interests between partners shall be free. The articles of associationmayalso organize theprocedures for the transfer of equity interests between spouses, ascendants and descendants. Failing this, the equity interests shall be freely transferable among the interested parties.
