SECTION 824

The minimum capital of a company whose shares are listed on the stock exchange of one or more State Parties or of a company making a public call for capital for the sale of its shares in one or more State Parties shall be one hundred million (100 000 000) CFA francs. The registered capital may not be lower than the amount stipulated in the preceding paragraph unless the company changes into another form of company. In case of failure to comply with the provisions of this article, any interested party may apply to the court for the winding up of the company. Such winding up may not be pronounced where, on the day the court is giving its judgment on the merits of the case, the matter has been regularized.
