Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups › Title 1 › Chapter 1

SECTION 694

Each public limited company shall be audited by one or more auditors. The duties of auditor shall be performed by natural persons or by companies incorporated by natural persons, under one of the forms provided for by this Uniform Act.
