The cancellation of bearer shares shall be established by the indication “cancelled” made on the
share.
Where the shares are registered, the same indication shall be made on the company’s registered
shares as well as on the registered shares certificate and on the counterfoil of the register from
which the certificate was extracted, where necessary.
