Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups › Title 1

SECTION 6

The commercial nature of a company shall be determined by its form or object. Private companies, sleeping partnerships, private limited companies and public limited companies are commercial companies by virtue of their form, irrespective of their object.
