SECTION 271

The company’s creditors may only bring an action against a member for the payment of private company’s debts after the expiry of a period of sixty (60) days where such claim has unsuccessfully been notified the company through an extra-judicial act. This time limit may be extended by order of the president of the competent court through summary proceedings without such extension exceeding 30 days.
