Where one of the details of the notice provided for in Article 262 of this Uniform Act is rendered
null and void following an amendment of the Articles of Association or of all the acts,
deliberations or decisions of the meetings of the company or of its organs, the amendment shall
be published in the form of a notice in a newspaper empowered to publish legal notices in the
State Party of the registered office of the company.
The said notice, signed by the notary who received or drafted the instrument amending the
Articles of Association or by the sole proprietor or the members, shall include the following:
1°) the name of the company, followed, where necessary, by its acronym;
2°) the form of the company;
3°) the amount of registered capital;
4°) the address of its registered office;
5°) the registration number in the Trade and Personal Property Rights Register;
6°) the title, date, number of issue and place of publication of the newspaper in which the notices
provided for in the two preceding articles were published;
7°) an indication of the amendments made.
