The company name shall appear on all deeds and documents from the company to third parties,
especially letters, bills, notices and various publications. It shall be preceded or followed
forthwith by an indication of the form of the company, the amount of its registered capital, the
address of its registered office and its registration number in the Trade and Personal Property
Rights Register.
