The declarations and observations shall be heard after the exchange of written submissions
between the parties; the hearing shall be adversary.
Where there is an objection to the amount of the reserve price, the onus shall lie on the party
objecting to support his objection.
He may apply to the president of the competent court to appoint an expert at his expense. The
fees shall be payable in advance.
