SECTION 219

A summons to deliver or restitute shall be served on the person required to deliver. The summons shall under pain of nullity contain; (1) a mention of the writ of execution authorizing the delivery as well as the full names and addresses of the beneficiary and debtor of the object to be delivered and, in the case of a corporate person, its legal form, name and registered office; (2) an indication that the person required to deliver may, within a period of eight days, transport at his expense, the named object to a place and under the stated conditions; (3) a warning that failure to deliver within the said period, the property may be apprehended at his expense; (4) an indication that disputes may be brought before the court of the place of residence or the place of abode of the recipient. (5) a choice of an address for service within the jurisdiction where the attachment is carried out, if the creditor is not a resident therein ; any service or offer may be made at the chosen address;-
