SECTION 113

Subject to the third party’s right of usufruct of the property attached, the competent court may, at any time, even before the attachment and after hearing the parties or after they have been duly summoned, order the return of one or more objects to an escrow agent appointed by the court. Where part of the property attached is a motor-vehicle, the competent court may after having heard the parties or after the parties have been duly summoned, order its immobilization pending removal for sale by any means which shall not lead to the deterioration of the vehicle.
