The civil liability suit against the judicial administrator shall fall within the jurisdiction of the State Party in charge of bankruptcy proceedings of the place where the receiver is established.
This suit shall be brought during the proceedingsor within a period of three (3) years from the end of the procedure or the end of the execution of the composition.
