Without prejudice to articles 139 (2) and 141 above, the competent court shall convert the
reorganization into assets liquidation where an individual is unable to continue his activity due to
ineligibilities.
The decision converting the reorganization into assets liquidation in accordance with Article 141
above shall be subject to publicity rules set forth in articles 36 to 38 above.
