The decision to open proceedings shall bring together the creditors into a body represented by
the Bankruptcy Trustee who alone shall act in its name and in the interest of the creditors. He
may commit the body of creditors.
The body of creditors shall be made up of all the creditors whose claims arose prior to the
decision to open the collective proceedings, even where the payment of the claim is fixed at a
date after the said decisions, provided that the said date is non-binding by virtue of Articles 68
and 69 above.
