The provisions of this section shall apply to:
1° any natural person who is a manager of a company subject to collective proceedings; and
2° any natural person who is a permanent representative of a company appointed manager of
the company referred to in 1° above.
The manager referred to in this article shall mean any ex officio or de facto manager and, as a
general rule, any person who has directly or by an intermediary administered, managed or
liquidated the company under cover or on behalf of its legal representatives.
