The purpose of this Uniform Act shall be:
- to organize collective proceedings for preventive settlement, receivership and liquidation
proceedings against the debtor with a view to the collective clearing of his debts.
- to provide sanctions relating to the estate, profession and offences which may be imposed in
case of default by the debtor and managers of the debtor company.
