Where payment shall be made on the day of delivery, and the buyer
delaystakingdeliveryof thegoodsordoes not pay the price, theseller,if the goodsare
inhispossessionorunder hiscontrol,shall be bound to keep themuntil he receivesfullpayment.
However, the seller must take reasonable steps, under these circumstances,to ensurethe
conservationof the goodsand thebuyermustreimburse expenses incurred consequently.
