The principal and the intermediary on the one hand, and the intermediary and the third party
involved on the other hand, shall be bound by the customs and usages which they knew or should
have known, and which, in trade are widely known and generally followed by parties involved
in matters of agency of the same nature in the commercial sector under consideration.
They shall also be bound by the practices established between them.
