1- In the absence of proof to the contrary, the consignment note shall be prima facie evidence
of the conditions of the contract and the taking over of the goods by the carrier.
2- The consignment note shall be made out in one original copy and at least two copies, and the
number of copies shall be mentioned. The original copy shall be handed to the sender, one
copy shall be retained by the carrier, and another copy shall accompany the goods to their
destination.
