SECTION 230 — Public Highway

In French Voies publiques

(1) Whoever without lawful permission obstructs the use of any public- highway or waterway, or renders passage less convenient, whether by damaging the surface of the highway or diverting the course of the waterway, or by any erection, or by excessive use, or by use of his own adjacent land, shall be punished with imprisonment for from 1 (one) month to 2 (two) years. (2) Whoever, being bound to repair any highway or any work connected with it, refrains from so doing, shall be punished in like manner.
