Law n°2014/016 of 18 July 2014 laying down the Standing Orders of the National Assembly › Chapter 17

SECTION 105

(1) Upon recommendation of the Secretary-General, the President of the National Assembly, in agreement with the Bureau, shall determine the detailed administrative organization of its services. (2) Upon recommendation of the Secretary-General, the Bureau shall define the staff regulations governing National Assembly civil servants who, in that capacity, shall be deemed civil servants of the State.
