(1) Public establishments set up by the State shall be under the technical supervisory authority of the ministry in
charge of the sector wherein the public esta-
blishment operates or any other body provi-
ded for in the instrument setting up the public establishment.
(2) Public establishments set up by the
State shall be under the financial supervi-
sory authority of the ministry in charge of finance.
