(1) Board members of a public establishment set up by the State shall be appointed by decree of the President of the Republic for a 3 (three)-year term, renewable once.
(2) Board members of public establish-
ments setup jointly by the State and other corporate bodies governed by public law shall be appointed under the conditions laid down in thei nstruments setting them up.
(3) Board members of public establish-
ments set up by public law corporate bodies other than the State shall be appointed
under the conditions laid down in the instru-
ments setting them up.
