(1) The referendum bill shall be adopted where, at the end of the
referendum, “YES” carries the majority of the valid votes cast.
(2) The President of the Republic shall enact the law adopted
within 15 (fifteen) days following the transmission of the results proclamation
report.
(3) The law shall be preceded by the following:
“The Cameroonian people have adopted by referendum of…….., the
President of the Republic hereby enacts the law set forth below”.
