Any complaint relating to the regularity of a referendum may be
referred to the Constitutional Council by the President of the Republic, the
President of the National Assembly, the President of the Senate, one-third of
Members the National Assembly or one-third of Senators, in accordance with the
provisions of Sections 133 and 134 above.
