(1) The Council Supervisory Commission shall proclaim the
results of municipal elections in the electoral constituency concerned within 72
(seventy-two) hours following the close of the polls.
(2) The proceedings of the Council Supervisory Commission
shall be minuted in a report signed by all commission members present. Each
signatory member shall receive a copy.
(3) A copy of the said report shall be forwarded to the Senior
Divisional Officer of the jurisdiction for on-ward transmission to the Minister in
charge of local and regional authorities. Another copy shall be sent to the
General Directorate of Elections.
