(1) Objections and petitions shall be filed through ordinary
petitions to the Constitutional Council.
(2) Such petitions shall not stay execution.
(3) The petitions shall be recorded by the Constitutional Council.
(4) Under pain of rejection, petitions shall specify the alleged facts
and means.
(5) Petitions shall be notified to all the parties concerned through
any fast means leaving a paper trail, and posted up at the Constitutional
Council within 24 (twenty-four) hours following the filing thereof.
(6) The written evidence of the person concerned shall be
deposited within 24 (twenty four) hours of the notification or posting up of the
petition. The Constitutional Council shall issue an acknowledgement of
receipt thereof.
