SECTION 20 — Approval shall be granted to an organization on application, where it meets the conditions set out below:

- it takes the form of a non-profit-making civil association or legal entity; - it is constituted in accordance with the laws and regulations in force; page 4 - its offices are in Cameroon; - it can demonstrate the competence and integrity of its managers and founders; - it pays the sum of five hundred thousand (500,000) CFA francs to the fund for the support of cultural policy; - it is accessible to all owners of copyright and neighboring rights in the category applied for.
