Criminal Procedure Code › Book 6 › Title 11 › Chapter 1

SECTION 640

For the purposes of this law, an offence shall be deemed to have been committed in Cameroon if: (a) an ingredient of the offence was perpetrated in Cameroon; (b) it consists of counterfeiting or of altering the official seal of the Republic of Cameroon or the currency being legal tender in its territory; (c) it is against the security of the Republic of Cameroon. However this paragraph shall not apply to a foreigner unless he has been arrested in Cameroon or extradited to Cameroon.
