SECTION 475

In the case of an appeal la the Supreme Court and until its decision, the interlocutory ruling appealed against shall not be enforceable and the Court of Appeal shall not deliver judgment on the merits. SUB-CHAPTER II DECISIONS NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL TO THE SUPREME COURT
