(1) For a period of 15 (fifteen) months following the
birth of the child the mother shall be entitled to nursing breaks.
(2) The total duration of the breaks shall not exceed 1 (one) hour
per working day.
(3) During the said period, the mother may terminate her
contract of employment without notice under the conditions laid
down under Section 84 (1) above.
