(1) the rest period for women and children shall be
not less than 12 (twelve) consecutive hours.
(2) Night work in industries shall be prohibited for women and
children.
(3) This prohibition shall not apply to :
• (a) women with executive duties ;
• (b) women working in services not involving manual labour.
(4) The procedure for implementing this section shall determined
by order of the minister in charge of labour, issued after
consultation with the National Labour Advisory Board.
