SECTION 76

(1) A decree issued after consultation with the National Labour advisory Board shall determine the portions of wages which may be liable to progressive levies and the rates of such levies. Deductions made under the preceding section shall determine the portions of wages which may be liable to progressive levies and the rates of such levies. Deductions made under the preceding section shall not exceed, at each wage payment, the percentage established by this decree. (2) In the calculation of deductions, regard shall be had not only to the wages proper but also to all payments supplementary thereto, excepting the allowances specified as unattachable by the rules and regulations in force, sums payable by way of reimbursement of expenses incurred by the worker and any benefits due under the social insurance legislation or regulations issued thereunder.
