(1) In the same event, a worker housed in
accommodation provided by the employer before commencement
of liquidation or bankruptcy proceedings shall be entitled to it
under Section 66.
(2) Such a worker shall be granted legal aid, without other
conditions, as regards any application for an attachment order
which he may think fit to make to the competent court.
