(1) The subcontractor shall, in a notice permanently
displayed in all the workshops or other business premises where
work is being carried out, indicate that he is a subcontractor and
give his full name and address, the name and address of the
contractor who entrusted him with the work and the working
hours.
(2) The display of such notice shall be compulsory even if the
work is carried out in the workshops or other business premises
of the contractor.
