APPLICATION OF STRICTER MEASURES THAN THOSE REQUIRED BY THIS CONVENTION A Party may adopt more strict or severe measures than those provided by this Convention if, in its opinion, such measures are desirable or necessary for the prevention or suppression of illicit traffic.
