Corps personnel seconded to the Special Criminal Court in accordance with Article 7 of this decree shall be selected by their respective Heads from amongst:
(a) judicial police officers and judicial police agents of the National Security and the National Gendarmerie referred to in Sections 78 (1), 79 (a), (c), (d) and 81 of the Criminal Procedure Code;
(b) public servants and other public employees who have been assigned judicial police duties.
