The provisions of Article 49 of Decree No. 2011/45 of 8 March 2011 to organize the
University ofBamenda are amended and supplemented as follows:
"ARTICLE 49 (New): (1) The University shall comprise institutions established in accordance with the
laws and regulations in force.
(2) The institutions shall be:

Faculty ofArts;
Faculty ofLaw and Political Science;
Faculty ofEconomic and Management Sciences;
Faculty ofEducation;
Faculty ofScience;
Faculty ofHealth Sciences;
College ofTechnology;
Higher Institute ofCommerce and Management;
Higher Institute ofTransport and Logistics;
Higher Teachers Training College in Bambili;
Higher Technical Teachers Training College in Bambili;
National Higher Polytechnic Institute."
