(1) The Department of Law and the Department of Political Science and Public
Administration ofthe Faculty of Social and Management Sciences shall be transferred tothe Faculty of
Law and Political Science.
(2) The students, lecturers, non-teaching staff, equipment and materials of the Department
of Law and the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the Faculty of Social and
Management Sciences shall also be transferred to the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the
University ofBuea.
(3) The students referred to in Article 2(2) above pursuing studies on the date ofpublication of
this decree shall be governed by the regulations under which they were admitted to the Faculty of
Social and Management Sciences till the end of their studies.
