SECTION 33 — Application to set aside filed by third parties
Any application to set aside filed by a third party against the arbitral awards and the decisions of the Court where the court has ruled on the merits of the dispute in accordance with article
29.5(1) above, shall be filed, only in the cases and under the conditions provided for in article 47 of the rules of procedure.
