P. 11 of 139 The national list of judicial administrators shall be published in the Official Gazette of each State
Party and in the OHADA Official Gazette. It shall be communicated to the courts of the State
Party concerned, without delay.
Decisions to admit or deny admission shall state the reason(s) for such decisions and may be subject to appeal filed before the competent court of that State.
