The basic parliamentary allowance, the special parliamentary expenses allowance and the special duty or entertainment allowances payable
to the Members of the Bureau shall be payable monthly by the Secretary-
General of the National Assembly, under the same conditions as the salaries and fringe benefits of officials of the National Assembly.
