(1) Whoever publicly acclaims acts of terro-
rism shall be punished with imprisonment of from fifteen (15) to twenty (20) years or a fine of from CFAF twenty-five million (25,000,000) to fifty million (50,000,000) or both such imprisonment and fine.
(2) The offence shall be considered as such acclamation is made through the media, tracts means intended to reach the public.
