SECTION 6 — Criminal liability of corporate

Today
bodies (1) For the purposes of this law, a corporate body may be held criminally liable (2) Where the corporate body is responsible for the offences referred to Section 2, 3, 4 and 5 here above, the penalty shall be a fine of at least CFAF fifty million (50,000,000).
